Poon Hill and Annapurna Panorama Trekking leads you to Nepal North Mid-West beyond beautiful Pokhara, a city located on a verdant valley blessed with natural wonders with high Annapurna Himalaya, rolling green hills that reflects on its serene Begnas and Phewa Lakes.

Walking on Old Trans Himalayan Salt Trade and Caravan Route that leads to Tibet from Nepal beyond Ghorepani and Upper Mustang, a great short adventure of less than a week facing fantastic panorama of high and massive Annapurna Himalaya with magnificent Machhapuchare Himal ‘Fish Tail’ the virgin and unclimbed peaks.

A wonderful walk that leads you through many farm villages with climb into enchanting woods of tall rhododendron (national flower of Nepal), magnolia and pine trees, in spring time the whole hills turns into natural garden when flowers are in full bloom.

Finally walk leads to our main highlight at Ghorepani village and hike to scenic Poon Hill the highest point of the trek at above 3,210 m offers wide range of mountain views from Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manaslu with ever present Machhapuchare Himal.

After a wonderful time within Poon-Magar villages enriched with age-old culture and then heading back to Pokhara taking an alternative route through nice Gurung village to reach at beautiful Pokhara by its calm Phewa Lake.

Outline Itinerary

  • Day 01On arrival in Kathmandu meet our staff for transfer to hotel.
  • Day 02Fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara 820m (30 minute) And drive to Ulleri Village ( 1640m) for overnight stop
  • Day 03Trek from Ulleri Village to Ghorepani 2840 m, 04 hrs
  • Day 04Hike to Poon Hill 3,210 m and trek to Tadapani 2,680 m - 05 hrs.
  • Day 05Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk
  • Day 06From Ghandruk ,drive back to Pokhara
  • Day 07Drive or Fly to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotels.
  • Day 08In Kathmandu free day for individual activities.
  • Day 09International departure for homeward bound.

What’s Included

  • All arrival and departure from the airport to hotel and back on private cars, coach orbuses as per the group size.
  • Accommodation in tourist standard or 2-3 star class hotels on bed and breakfast basis as well in twin sharing basis rooms. (For single supplement at extra cost)

  • Applicable Trekking Information Management Systems permits (TIMS) with Conservation or National Park permits.
  • All tour and treks accompanied by guides-staff and porters (either human or pack animals like yaks or mules), all wages, meals, accommodation, transportation facilities with Insurance against medical and accidents.
  • In some high altitude treks we provide sleeping bags and down jackets also with comprehensive medical kits carried by our guides and staff.
  • International Air-fare, Personal medical / travel insurance and Nepal visa fees.
  • Expenses of individual nature drinks, laundry, telephone bills, gratitude and meals in city areas Kathmandu and Pokhara as per the itinerary chosen.
  • Personal Trekking-Climbing gear and equipments including down jackets-sleeping bags if not provided by the company as per the trip cost.
  • Single Supplement on hotel rooms as well on trek in lodge where clients should inform ahead on booking with extra charge on booking single private rooms where available.
  • Emergency evacuation by any means of transportations including immediate Helicopter services if required on accidents, sickness and personal problems.
  • Early return from the tour or treks will not be entertainment with refund, where client should borne all the expenses incurred including accompany guide-porters services.
