Mera Peak Climb leads you on top one of the highest trekking peaks of Nepal Himalaya at the height of 6,461 m and 21, 1907 ft, facing sweeping panorama of surrounding peaks with Everest and as far towards eastern horizon with Makalu and Kanchenjunga mountain range.

A fascinating place to experience which is different to other mainstream and popular trekking routes of Everest from the Sherpa town Lukla, where scenic short flight from Kathmandu brings you in this flourishing town where mass flow of trekkers and adventurer starts and ends their adventure.

From Lukla onward where adventure leads to Mera Peak Climb away from main trails towards hidden pockets of Khumbu and Everest area into complete wilderness of mountains-deep valley, high green hills and rocky ridges.

Mera Peak Climb, for all interested climbers from beginners to expert and veteran trekkers and mountaineers which they can join in wonderful climbing adventure of two week duration with scenic trek and climb around beautiful and hidden Inkhu valley.

Mera Peak Climb leads into enchanting alpine woodland covered with dense tall rhododendron (Nepal national flower), magnolia, pines, oaks, and juniper with fir tree lines, as our route takes you around wide green meadow within summer pasture land of Yak herder’s temporary settlement.

As walk follows within pristine country with scenic location of mountain views all along the walks to reach at Mera Peak base camp, the climb is determined with some exercise and practice as per our itinerary days.

The climb grade is just F means Facial / Easy taken from French / Swiss Alpine Climbing Classification Systems which is popular and widely used this system of grading, the F grade for straight-forward climb to the top without any technical difficulty or effort.

Despite its minor technical but leads to strenuous climb on ice and snow slopes, where proper gear and equipment required along with good health and physically fitness, after a great climb heading back to Lukla on the same route for the flight to Kathmandu.

After a climbing, on one of the highest trekking peaks of Nepal Himalaya, where our adventure completes on reaching Kathmandu, with grand memories and experience around least explored areas of Khumbu on Mera Peak Climb.

Outline Itinerary

  • Day 1On arrival in Kathmandu meet our staff for transfer to hotel.
  • Day 2In Kathmandu with tour of world heritage sites and trek and climb preparation.
  • Day 3Fly to Lukla 2,820m (35 min) and trek to Chutanga 3,215 m - 04 hrs.
  • Day 4Trek from chhutanga to Chattre 4,100 m - 06 hrs.
  • Day 5Trek from Chattre to Kothe 3,691 m - 06 hrs.
  • Day 6Trek from Kothe to Thaknak 4,358 m - 05 hrs.
  • Day 7Trek from Thaknak to Khaare
  • Day 8Rest day in Khaare,Mera basecamp for aclimatization and practice climbing 5,045 m / 16,486 ft -05 hrs.

What’s Included

  • All arrival and departure from the airport to hotel and back on private cars, coach orbuses as per the group size.
  • Accommodation in tourist standard or 2-3 star class hotels on bed and breakfast basis as well in twin sharing basis rooms. (For single supplement at extra cost)
  • Tour and sightseeing around Kathmandu as per the itinerary chosen with city guides includes all entrance fees at places of interest.
  • Domestic air flights as per the itinerary chosen, some with overland drive to reach at the start of treks and on the end, where chartered bus-cars or coach included as per group size.
  • Full board on trekking with breakfast-lunch-afternoon refreshment with dinner includes twin sharing rooms in lodge on route treks and long tours. If camping on remote areas where all meals included breakfast-lunch-afternoon refreshment with dinner includes twin sharing tents on route treks and climb.
  • Applicable Trekking Information Management Systems permits (TIMS) with Conservation or National Park permits.
  • All tour and treks accompanied by guides-staff and porters (either human or pack animals like yaks or mules), all wages, meals, accommodation, transportation facilities with Insurance against medical and accidents.
  • In some high altitude treks we provide sleeping bags and down jackets also with comprehensive medical kits carried by our guides and staff.
  • International Air-fare, Personal medical / travel insurance and Nepal visa fees.
  • Expenses of individual nature drinks, laundry, telephone bills, gratitude and meals in city areas Kathmandu and Pokhara as per the itinerary chosen.
  • Personal Trekking-Climbing gear and equipments including down jackets-sleeping bags if not provided by the company as per the trip cost.
  • Single Supplement on hotel rooms as well on trek in lodge where clients should inform ahead on booking with extra charge on booking single private rooms where available.
  • Emergency evacuation by any means of transportations including immediate Helicopter services if required on accidents, sickness and personal problems.
  • Early return from the tour or treks will not be entertainment with refund, where client should borne all the expenses incurred including accompany guide-porters services.
